September was called "harvest month" in Charlemagne's calenda.
I have looked forward to September for it is the beginning of fall to me. The nights are cooler and the days are shorter. Yet, it also means I will have to say goodby to summer. Even though saying goodby seems sad, there is a tingling of excitement in the air as the door to fall opens up to us.
I am so grateful to have the seasons and I thank God for blessing us with each one's beauty.
It is nice to savor each day we have in life and rejoice in all the beauty God created. It helps us to focus on Him and to remember He did all of this beauty for us.
Enjoy your month and relish each day.
September's scripture is Isaiah 26:3 (NIV)/
"You will keep in perfect peace
those whose minds are steadfast,
because they trust in you."
I love writing. I love God, I love my family.and I love my country. I am most grateful that He gives me words to write.
